Prairie City Race Series Awards BBQ--July 1st

We went to Beal's Point at Folsom Lake for a family BBQ with all my fellow racers. They had tons of stuff to give away. Little did I know I would be such a recipient! I walked away with helmet, gloves, and beach cruiser bike! The kids got gloves and water bottles.

Aaron took 3rd, Marcus took 2nd.


Mary took 2nd place.

I ended up tieing Kim for 2nd place overall, but because she took 2nd place more often and I took 3rd and 4th place more often, she took 2nd and I took 3rd overall. Duv took 1st. It was a great experience and I met lots of great people. My friend, Mary, took 2nd place in the beginner women's 35+ category and my friend, Aaron, took 3rd place in the sport men's 30-34 category. Good job!
