Scott and Noah have been itching to take their new bikes out on some dirt trails, so we headed out on an adventure. Joshua and I rode the beach cruiser and tandem. We went on the trails from our house in Folsom to Lake Natoma and the trails surrounding it. The dirt trail paralleled the paved trail so I was able to keep an eye on Scott and Noah as they cruised through the single track. They did great! I was so proud. They told me of their adventures on the "dangerous" trails. We stopped for a picnic lunch and then headed home. We rode for almost 2 hours! I'm looking forward to many more afternoons like this.
