You got it. We are so grateful that we sold our house this week. We kept the fact that it was under contract quiet because we didn't want to jinx ourselves. We feel very blessed considering the state of the economy. We also feel sad to no longer own that beautiful home and yard, but are happy here in Folsom.

I noticed the big SOLD sign last week! Congrats! Chad said you guys must be livin' right, and I will agree! We are so happy for you guys because I'm sure that was a big stress and you were riding on a LOT of faith! We are happy for you guys! So who are the new owners?
I wish I had a reason to buy it! How sad to loose it and how happy to move on!
