December Trip to Utah Highlights: Snow!

The kids don't see snow much anymore so when it started snowing at Grandma and Grandpa's house they were in heaven.

Joshua stood at the door and watched the snow fall for the longest time. So cute!

How convenient that Grandma and Grandpa have a great driveway for sledding!

December Trip to Utah Highlights: Gift Exchange

We exchanged Christmas gifts with Grandma and Grandpa.

Later that night we got to hear my dad sing in his men's choir group. It was really cool.

My "Hairy" Adventure

It was time for my biannual hair cut/color. I know, I'm cheap. I had planned to have the same blonde highlights put back in to blend with the rest, but the cute little Chinese lady who barely spoke English told me "I think you should go blonde. Men love blonde women. Your husband will love it. It will make him go rrraaaaaawwwwrrrrr!!!!" I gave in and let her paint my hair blonde. However, it did not go blonde, it went orange. I hated it and so did most of my family. Thankfully, when I went to Utah to visit my parents my mom was able to help me dye it back to my "normal" color. Thanks Mom!

Snow...in FOLSOM???

December 7th Folsom, CA woke up to a snowy surprise. Apparently, this is pretty rare. It was just a little bit, but oh did the boys love it!!!
